Serving as your Real Estate Professionals, we will spend as much as 10-20 hours working FOR you, for every hour we spend working WITH you. We are constantly previewing homes as they come onto the market, as well as spend time reviewing information on homes that have sold, recently.
Every 4 years we complete 45 hours of professional training and instruction that is recognized and accredited by the California Department of Real Estate (DRE). This Continuing Education keeps me current and up to date on the new laws, trends in the market and many, many other aspects of the Real Estate industry. It also helps ensure, that when you have us working as your Realtor®, you are getting a Professional Team!
Rick was born and raised in Monterey, where he lived until 1966, when he enlisted in the Military and spent 2 1/2 years in Indiana, and 1 year in Vietnam. Returning home, Rick spent several years in the car business and then opened his own Real Estate office. In 1994 his family moved to Aromas onto a 5 acre mini ranch, where they had horses, dogs & cats. Rick loves the country atmosphere and the peace and tranquility that it offers. His two daughters are grown, now, both married. The oldest is the proud Mom to their first Granddaughter. She and her husband, Josh, work in his families Jewelery store in Carmel. Their youngest daughter just recently returned with her husband to the area and is working for a Santa Barbara based Developer.
Rick understands horse property, as he has practical experience with it himself. He successfully represented both buyers and sellers in commercial Real Estate transactions, as well. Having been licensed since 1978, Rick has accumulated 32 years of experience and knowledge, and can and will represent your interests, first and foremost.
