Let me introduce myself. My name is Nicholae (nickel i) Blanchard. My friends and family call me Nicky. My Father wanted a boy, his name was Nicholas. My Mother changed the s to an e and that's the origin of my name. I 'm a native Vermonter, grew up in down town Essex Junction, Vermont. I received an Electrical Engineering degree from Vermont Technical College and a Business Degree from Northern Virgina Community College. I vacationed in the Cape Coral and Fort Myers area numerous times over the years. Having fallen in love with Southwest Florida and the SUNSHINE, the beaches and the recreational opportunities it has to offer, I relocated in 2004. I am now affiliated with the Cape Coral office of Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate, INC. located on Del Prado Blvd.
I worked for IBM and traveled a lot in Europe and Asia. My primary roles in the +26 years with IBM was Customer Satisfaction and Order Fullfillment.
I have always enjoyed marketing, selling and buying. I can often be found set-up at your local flea market selling collectibles. I have personally bought and sold homes. I have invested in real estate. I know what is required to make it all happen smoothly. I hold Real Estate designations of REO Default Certified, ABR, GRI and Living with Diversity.
