I'm co-owner of Kinchla Real Estate and have been actively selling real estate on the Upper Cape since 1981. My partner is my brother Richard who's been in the business since 1975. Together and individually our experience and dedication to the real estate business is hard to match. My office is located in heart of the downtown village of Falmouth and has been here in business since 1964. Our prime location offers us a tremendous amount of walk-in foot traffic and exposure year round!
Along with my real estate license, I’m also MA licensed construction supervisor (CS13882) and hold MA Home improvement contractor’s license (101769) as well. I’ve had both licenses going back to 1984 and have built and renovated many homes on the Upper Cape area.
