Let me take a few minutes to introduce my self. I reside in Pahrump, NV with my husband of 26 years. We have four children ranging in ages from ten to twenty two. In 2000 I went to real estate school and received my licenses in 2001. In 2003 I started selling in Pahrump and then my husband and I decided to build our dream home and move to the Pahrump valley. I upgraded my licenses to Broker/Salesman and managed a local real estate office. In the spring of 2006 I was asked to teach for Community College of Southern Nevada. I taught the 90 hour real estate pre- licensing class for the State of Nevada. I continued teaching after CCSN was sold to Great Basin College. I currently have taken a semester off to pursue the opening of i REALTY and upgraded my licenses to Corporate BROKER. I was recently honored by an award given by REALTOR.com to only a handful of recipients for my Excellence in Internet Marketing. I love Pahrump, the small town atmosphere and the slo
wer pace of life makes all the difference in the world.
I have a passion for real estate. I feel it is very important for the agent to educate and communicate with their client on a regular basis. So many people have had poor experiences with real estate professionals and choose to never go down that road again. I to have had my share of bad experiences as well. That's why I am dedicated to training the agents I work with to be the very best in their field. Bob Frankenberg is a native New Yorker, a New York University Graduate, and an entrepreneur who spent most of his adult life in the apparel industry as an importer of young mens apparel. In 1993 after 49 years in New York, Bob and his wife, Laura, moved to the excitement of burgeoning Las Vegas.
After a brief retirement in 1996, Bob entered the real estate market in 1997 as a lender and then as a real estate agent in 2000.
