My Real Estate Designations include: ABR, CIPS, CRS, GRI, SRES, CDPE. I was also awarded the National Association of Realtors Green Designation after completing coursework providing extensive knowledge of green homes and buildings. I am a member of Whos Who in International Real Estate, FIABCI, the Chamber of Commerce, Whos Who of American Women, and AAUW member, and has done volunteer work for the American Heart Association, the diabetes association, leukemia and have worked as a volunteer counselor at the Womens Center in Vienna, VA.
I am a graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, NY, and hold a Masters degree in Business Administration from New York University. As a father of 11 children, involved with the community, I understand the needs of individuals and families. I am also a specialist in the Real Estate needs of Senior sellers and buyers.
Following 27 years with Ford Motor Company, as a member of the lobbying office in Washington, DC, I entered the Real Estate field. I discovered an interesting and intriguing career awaited me which allowed me to use the skills from working with Government.
I am experienced with all phases of real estate -- buyer's and seller's representation, locating and listing land, assembling subdivisions into assemblages and marketing these properties to developers, investor representation, and handling the sensitive transations of foreclosure and short-sale.
